Details of Grameenphone Smart Plan is provided below:

• To purchase the preferred Smart Plan pack, customers need to type the applicable keyword and send to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free) or dial the USSD activation code
• Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applicable upon reaching specific usage threshold mentioned against the packs. Customers will continue to enjoy unlimited internet at 24kbps after crossing the respective threshold limits within the validity period.
• After reaching the specified FUP limit and subsequent speed throttling, if any customer wants go back to the regular internet speed, they can do that by availing data booster at BDT 99 which offers additional 200MB. In order to avail the data booster, customer needs to write START B99 and send it to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free).
• Booster data volume will expire with the relevant Smartplan pack's validity period.
• Smartplan voice minutes will be applicable for all local operator call cases including F&F, Super F&F and community numbers.
• Smartplan voice minutes will not be applicable for any IVR based voice services like 121, 4000, 789 etc.
• SMS and MMS will be applicable for GP-GP numbers only.
• To check remaining Voice, SMS, MMS customer need to dial *500*60# or send SMS typing VIEW to 5000 (no charges applicable).
• To check used Internet Volume customer need to dial *500*61# or send SMS typing USAGE to 5000 (no charges applicable).
• If a customer purchases another Smartplan pack while using one already, then the Voice minutes, SMS, MMS balance, and pack validity duration will be added to the existing plan’s respective volumes and validity duration.
• “My Zone” Customer can also avail the offer. My Zone discount will be applicable after consumption of the smart pack minutes.
• To cancel Smart Plan Instantly, customers need to write STOP and send to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free).
• Auto renewal applicable for all smart packs. To stop auto renewal process of Smart Plan, customers need to write OFF and send to 5000 (SMS Charge is Free).
• 10 sec pulse applicable in Smartplan talktime for all prepaid customers.
• For postpaid customers, existing product pulse modality will be applicable. F&F and community voice calls will be charged instantly, but the same amount will be waived from monthly bill.
• Offer applicable for all Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid products (except I-Sim Postpaid) until further notice.
• If any existing volume based EDGE customer takes smart plan pack, his/her previous EDGE volume will be canceled from his account and he will start enjoying the data, voice, sms and mms as per the purchased smart plan pack.
• 15% VAT applicable on all charges.
