For every kilobyte (KB) of data browsed, subscribers are charged at BDT 0.01 (excluding VAT). Type PAYG and send to 5000 or dial *500*0# to activate this Package. Pay As You Go at BDT 0.02/KB (up to BDT 200 for 30 days)
- Pay As You Go at BDT 0.02/KB (up to BDT 200 for 30 days) is a pay-as-you-go internet pack both for Pre-paid and Postpaid customers. For every kilobyte (KB) of data browsed, subscribers are charged at BDT 0.02 (excluding VAT). Type P1 and send to 5000 or dial *500*1# to activate this Package. - Minipack 1 MB is an Internet Combo pack both for Pre-paid and Postpaid customers with 2MB free data and 2 MMS (GP-GP) at BDT 2.50 (+15% VAT) with 2 days validity. To subscribe Minipack 1MB, customer has to type 1MB and send SMS to 5000 or Dial *500*11*1#.
If
2MB data gets expired before the expiration of the validity of 2
days, customer will still be able to enjoy internet at BDT 0.01/10KB
without VAT and can continue browsing, along with the 2 MMS.
Similarly, if 2 MMS is used up before expiration validity of 2 days,
the data amount will be available till the expiration date.
But
after the expiration of the validity period, if the customer has
sufficient cash balance/credit limit in his/her account, Minipack 1MB
will be renewed automatically. If the customer does not have
sufficient account balance within that timeframe, Minipack 1MB will
be deactivated and the customer has to re-activate Minipack 1MB again
to use it after recharging. To stop the auto renewal feature,
customers will have to type Off
and send it to 5000.
Volume
will be carried forwarded while auto renewal for only prepaid
customers. Postpaid customers will not have the carry forward feature
for the remaining volume.
Customers
will receive usage notification SMS after crossing 100% of the
allotted 2MB volume. To check usage, a customer has to type VIEW
and send SMS to 5000

Minipack 3MB at BDT 9 with 3 MMS and 7 Days validity
- Minipack 3MB is an Internet Combo pack both for Pre-paid and Postpaid customers with 3MB Data and 3 MMS (GP-GP) at BDT 9 (+15% VAT) with 7 days validity. To activate, dial *500*10*1# or SMS 3MB to 5000.
If
the 3 MB data gets expired before the expiration of validity of 7
days, subscriber will still be able to enjoy internet at BDT
0.01/10KB without VAT and can continue browsing, along with the 3
MMS. Similarly, if 3 MMS is used up before expiration validity of 7
days, the data amount will be available till the expiration date.
But
after expiration of the validity, if the customer has sufficient cash

Heavy Internet browsing Package at BDT 850 with 30 Days Validity
- Heavy Internet browsing Package P2 (FUP enforced after 5GB): P2 is a large screen internet package designed for heavy browsing by advanced users with 30 day validity, monthly charge is BDT 850 (excluding VAT).
To subscribe to Package 2 (P2), type P2 and SMS to 5000 or dial *500*2*1#. Available for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
Prepaid:
When a subscriber activates EDGE P2, the auto-renewal feature becomes
active by default. But for successful execution, subscriber needs to
have sufficient balance (BDT 850+VAT) in his/her account. If the
subscriber does not have sufficient balance, then EDGE P2 will be
deactivated (applicable for prepaid) and the subscriber has to
activate P2 again to use it after recharging. If any subscriber does
not want to have this "Auto-Renewal" feature, he/she can
Type 'OFF' and send SMS to 5000. If he/she wants to
resume the service, then he/she has to type 'ON' and send SMS
to 5000.
Postpaid:When
a subscriber activates EDGE P2, the auto-renewal feature becomes
active by default. But subscriber cannot deactivate or reactivate
this "Auto-Renewal" feature on his own. Daily charging is
applicable for subscribing P2 in Postpaid.
Up-front
charging will be applicable for the remaining days in case anyone
cancels their P2 subscription before the end of the validity period.
Thus, if a P2 customer sends cancellation request within the validity
period, system will check the credit limit and will charge up-front
for the remaining period. In case of lack of available credit limit,
the system will not accept the cancellation request.

Fair
Usage Policy is applicable after 5 GB usage. As per FUP,
speed will be throttled down to 24 kbps during the remaining validity
period. Normal speed will be restored in next bill cycle or
activation. You will receive SMS when FUP will be enforced after
crossing 5GB.
Night Time Heavy Internet browsing Package at BDT 250 with 30 Days Validity
- Night Time Heavy Internet browsing Package P3(FUP enforced after 5GB): P3 is a large screen internet package designed for heavy browsing by advanced users during night time, with 30 day validity, monthly charge is BDT 250+VAT. Daily charging is applicable for subscribing P3 in Postpaid. To subscribe to Package 3 (P3), type P3 and send SMS to 5000 or dial *500*3*1#. This package is available for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. With this package, subscribers can enjoy unlimited internet from 12:00AM to 10:00AM. From day time, i.e. 10:01AM to 11:59PM using P3, browsing charge will be pay-as-you-go tariff of BDT 0.02/KB as per actual usage. After the 30th day, if the subscriber has sufficient cash balance, EDGE P3 will be renewed automatically . If the subscriber does not have sufficient balance, P3 will be deactivated (applicable for prepaid) and the subscriber has to activate P3 again to use it after recharging. To stop auto renewal, send SMS Off to 5000.
Up-front
charging will be applicable for the remaining days in case any
post-paid user cancels their P3 subscription before the end of the
validity period. Thus, if a post-paid P3 customer sends cancellation
request within the validity period, system will check the credit
limit and will charge up-front for the remaining period. In case of
lack of available credit limit, the system will not accept the
cancellation request.
